This website
app.tinkhaven.com is a static site. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or trackers, and embeds no third-party scripts — so no cookie consent is required. It is served from AWS data centres in the EU via a CDN.
Data we process
The site does not collect personal data. If you email us, we process your email address and message solely to reply to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding), and keep it no longer than necessary. Hosting providers may briefly process IP addresses in technical logs to deliver content and for security.
SpeedTest Monitor (the app)
Measurement history is stored locally on your Mac by default. If you opt in to sync (a future feature), it is stored in your Tinkhaven account on EU infrastructure and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing — email privacy@tinkhaven.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Belgium, the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / APD).
