These Terms govern your use of Tinkhaven apps, including SpeedTest Monitor (the “App”), provided by Tinkhaven 2.0 BV (“Tinkhaven”, “we”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, consistent with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

Subscriptions

SpeedTest Monitor Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in App Store settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Prices are shown in the App, are set by the App Store, and may vary by region.

Acceptable use

Use the App lawfully and do not misuse our infrastructure (for example, by attempting to disrupt or overload the speed-test servers).

Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by Tinkhaven and protected by law. These Terms grant no rights to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided “as is”. Speed measurements are estimates and may vary. To the extent permitted by law, Tinkhaven is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian or EU law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, with the courts of Ghent, Belgium having jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
